Stays of at least 3 or more nights, a down payment of 30% of the total due is required.

Payment total amount within 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays of 3 nights, payment is made in advance and is non-refundable.

In case of cancellation by the customer the sum paid will be withheld as compensation for damages.

For stays longer than 3 nights, in case of cancellation the following penalty will be applied:

- From 15 days up to 24 hours before check-in: 30% of the total due.

- Failure to arrive (or cancellation within 24 hours) will result in a cancellation fee of 100%.

In case you decide to shorten your stay after arriving, the payment made will not be refundable.
