From the nord ...

Autostrada del Sole, exit Firenze-Certosa, turn RIGHT and take the freeway to Siena.
Exit at SAN DONATO (18 km) and turn LEFT towards Castellina in Chianti.

After about 5 km you go along the village of San Donato in Poggio up to a narrow passage with a small church with a portico on the left; immediately after the church turn LEFT towards Greve, Gaiole. Pass the village of La Piazza, at the bottom of the valley turn LEFT towards Greve.
After a couple of kilometers uphill, turn RIGHT for Lucarelli, Volpaia, Radda in Chianti. Go straight on for about 8 km, passing Lucarelli, up to a fork to the LEFT for Volpaia.

From the sud ...

(time required from the highway about 45 minutes)
A1 Autostrada del Sole, exit for Val d’Arno. Turn right towards Montevarchi.

After crossing the Arno, you will come to a large roundabout: follow the signs for Gaiole in Chianti and / or Badia a Coltibuono (pass an underpass, you are on the SS408 road).
Go up for about 10/15 minutes up to a junction on the RIGHT for Radda in Chianti.
Continue to the village of La Villa (about 10 minutes). After passing an Agip petrol station, turn left towards Greve, Florence (you do not need to reach Radda in Chianti). Descend for 2/3 kilometers to a junction on the RIGHT for Volpaia. Follow the signs for Volpaia.

Da Siena ...

Exit Siena following the signs for number 222 - called "Chiantigiana" (northern Siena) in Castellina in Chianti.
Continue on 222 passing through Quercegrossa and Fonterutoli.
Once in Castellina in Chianti, continue straight following the signs for Radda in Chianti, Greve, Florence.
After a few km turn right for Radda on the road 429 indications.

Reached RADDA IN CHIANTI go straight across the village.
Leave a small chapel on the left, at the roundabout turn right following the indications FIRENZE, LUCARELLI.

After about 2 km follow the signs for VOLPAIA and turn right.

From Pisa ...

Take the A1 towards ROMA and exit at FIRENZE CERTOSA. Turn right onto SIENA-FIRENZE SUPERSTRADA.
After about 18 km exit at San Donato. Turn left and follow the signs for GAIOLE IN CHIANTI and GREVE IN CHIANTI.
Do not enter the town of San Donato but continue following the road until the road is narrow and reach a small porch church on your left.

Turn left immediately after the church following the signs for GAIOLE IN CHIANTI, GREVE and SICELLE etc.
Follow the road downhill through LA PIAZZA and at the bottom of the hill turn left following the signs for GREVE IN CHIANTI.
At the T-junction after a few curves uphill, turn right at the RADDA IN CHIANTI sign.

Cross LUCARELLI and after 7-8 kilometers follow the signs for VOLPAIA and turn left.

From Florence ...

From the center of Florence follow the indications to Siena and reach Piazza Firenze Certosa (with the motorway exit on the right).

Go straight on and take the SIENA-FIRENZE SUPERSTRADA.
From Florence airport take the direction for Rome and enter the A1 motorway. Exit at FIRENZE CERTOSA and turn right onto SIENA-FIRENZE SUPERSTRADA.
After about 18 km on the SIENA-FIRENZE SUPERSTRADA, exit at San Donato. Turn left and follow the signs for GAIOLE IN CHIANTI and GREVE.
